Fun Intermediate + Snorkel Experience!

We loved our snorkel experience to Floreana! Our guide explained this excursion is best for intermediate or advanced swimmers. Every beginner struggled with the waves and current or seasickness. This shouldn't scare you away though! If you are a proficient swimmer, definitely visit Floreana! During this excursion, the most exciting animals we saw were the sharks and rays! They were so much fun to observe from the shore. There was one flamingo in Flamingo Bay which was nice to see since sometimes there aren't any! We recommend this trip to folks who feel confident swimming in the waters since good swimming skills will get you close to some awesome sea life!

This was a great tour. This tour and the Crew of Mein Steffi were EXCELLENT! They went over and beyond to make sure this trip was enjoyable and memorable. Chef Manny cooked up some delicious seafood and had refreshing drinks available. The snorkeling was unbelievable! We swam with Sharks, Sea Lions and turtles saw a Puffer Fish and every fish you can think of! Yazmany was superb and was very knowledgeable about everything he showed us and explained. The Captain took us to the best snorkeling spots and Joy maintained the beautiful yacht and helped us in and out of our gear.I can’t say enough about this tour!

Don't let the small number of reviews fool you, this was by far the most excellent excursion we booked in the Galapagos. Our tour guide, Yazmany, was beyond exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging, and outgoing. The crew was incredibly friendly as well, and the food they prepared was one of the best meals we had during our stay in the Galapagos! Unfortunately we got sea sick (bring Dramamine if you get motion sickness!) , however, the crew and Yazmany went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and comfortable. Yazmany encouraged us to get back in the water for our second stop, and we are so happy we listened to him. We got to swim with over 20 sea lions, hundreds of fish, sea turtles, sharks, and it was the most incredible experience! The boat was also super clean and spacious. Prepare to get your moneys worth and make everlasting memories.
